Are formulas recalculated?

DocuFun shows the values Excel last saved with the file, which is what you see when you open it in Excel. It does not recalculate.

How big a spreadsheet can it open?

Files up to 200 MB open; very large sheets show the first 5,000 rows so your browser stays fast.

Can I open .xls (Excel 97–2003)?

Not yet — re-save as .xlsx or .csv, or use the DocuFun app when it launches.

Is it safe to open private documents here?

Yes. The file is read by code in this page and never leaves your device. DocuFun has no server that could receive it.
